Many thanks to the 14 riders who competed in the ITT today from Makara School to Branscombe Street in Johnsonville.  Perfect weather conditions meant fast times and a safe and enjoyable ride.  I would like to congratulate all those who attended today considering they had just completed the 5 passes last week, great effort and support.  Well done to Diesel Van Weede and Stephanie Revell who had the fastest times today.  

As this was the last time trial for 2016, I would like to say many thanks to all who have supported this event throughout 2016, and especially, Frank, Liz, Carol, Allan and anyone else who has supported me in running these ‘shows’.  Next year we will be continuing to offer you all the opportunity to test yourselves over a time trial distance, with the reintroduction of the team time trial, run by the “Chosens”  I will be asking early in 2017 for offers of help for the ITT so that a roster can be developed with everyone taking a turn once a year to share the load. After over two years it’s time for me to compete again.
