Reverse of the standard Bays - Makara circuit.
Starting in Khandallah heading North
Up Cortina Ave and down Ohariu Valley, through Makara (taking in the fingers as needed)
Up through Karori and down Aro Valley
Turn RIGHT heading up Ohiro St to Brooklyn then down Happy Valley to the Southern coast
Around the coast until Worser Bay when you turn LEFT up Awa road
At the top of the climb turn RIGHT up Nevay Rd to Mt Crawford
Down from the summit and around through the city and up Onslow to AutoMat for coffee
